We have a shared goal with fresh dog food company Butternut Box for every dog to be safe, happy and healthy. We care about all dogs everywhere and together we're committed to improving the lives of roaming dogs all over the World.
This partnership will go towards funding the Chonburi Project, a Catch, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return (CNVR) programme in Thailand, delivered by local charity, Soi Dog Foundation. CNVR is the most effective way to humanely control roaming dog populations and diseases like rabies.
There are an estimated 8 million roaming dogs throughout Thailand, and they are sadly faced with challenges which contribute to their poor welfare, including disease and overpopulation.
They often don't receive vet care if they are ill or injured and if unvaccinated, they can spread diseases such as rabies, a fatal disease to both dogs and humans which claims thousands of lives each year.
Chonburi Province is a problematic rabies area in Thailand, with incidence of rabid dogs every year. Which is why we're working with Soi Dog Foundation to neuter and vaccinate 40,000 dogs over two years, which will help improve their lives and reduce the number of rabies cases in the province.
We are striving to ensure every dog across the World is healthy and living happily within communities.
