We have the passion, expertise and resources to expand our reach and change the lives of dogs in large but focused regions around the world. We proactively bring in local partners, address local issues and begin by focusing on the dog welfare issues that most need our help. 

We focus our efforts on the regions where we feel we can make the biggest impact: Bulgaria, Serbia, Thailand, India and Sri Lanka. Through this work, we aim to make the world a safe and happy place for dogs, and create a stronger bond between dogs and people in these regions.
